• Must have a group of 4 or more to receive group pricing.

• Meeting at the VA Beach Oceanfront or your location of choice, within Virginia Beach or nearby surrounding areas.
• Each group Yoga session is 1 hour in duration.
  • Bring a yoga mat or one can be purchased (see below).
  • Bring water, sunglasses and a hat if practicing outside.
  • Children may participate (must be accompanied by adult). Same rate applies.
