Hatha Basic
Discover how Yoga movement, postures, breath, and mental focus promotes balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation.

Essential
Foundation poses (asanas) will be practiced, along with breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation fundamentals.

Restorative/Gentle
Modified poses, using props for support, will provide a form of active therapeutic relaxation.

Vinyasa
Integration of asanas through a challenging flow of movement and breath.

Pre/Post-Natal
Safe, effective Yoga practice for before and after your baby arrives. Yoga movement and breath will promote relaxation and improved body alignment.

Seniors

Gentle yet effective stretches done seated in a chair or standing. Props assist to modify postures and provide a practical workout.

Kids/Youth
For children that have a desire to achieve greater levels of confidence through physical fitness and mental concentration. Under 15, must be accompanied by an adult throughout our workout session (adult does not need to participate).


Athletes
Strength and stamina will be challenged, through an intense asana practice, encouraging increased flexibility specific to your athletic discipline.
